The treatment that is offered at Lompoc Recovery Center is simple, safe, inexpensive and effective. We provide individual and group counseling sessions. Group topics include education on the physiological effects from drugs and alcohol, trauma and it’s correlation to SUD, how to develop safe coping skills, healthy parenting skills and relapse prevention to ensure ongoing sobriety. As a social model program, we encourage 12 step and/or self help groups outside of treatment as a way of maintaining long term sobriety.
