The Santa Barbara County Alcohol & Drug Program also contracts with local community-based organizations to provide alcohol and drug prevention, treatment, and recovery services to the community. The Bridge Clinic is a collaboration between partnership between Cottage Health and SBNC, designed to serve patients from Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital and community clinics who are diagnosed with substance use disorders. Offers outpatient treatment services for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders for adults and young adults. Clients assessed as having an opioid use disorder who are interested in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) will be referred to a partnering clinic or physician for further assessment. They can then enroll in the Center’s treatment programs to help support their recovery while receiving MAT. The Perinatal Program in Santa Barbara provides intensive outpatient treatment for pregnant and parenting women with onsite childcare.
